Dow Park in Houston, Texas features custom shade structures designed in coordination with Parks and Recreation to support gathering, comfort, and everyday park use. The PlayWell Group provided a large custom shade structure covering picnic tables and a concessions building, along with a smaller shade structure serving additional tables near the restroom building. Post columns and low walls were designed to complement the stone architecture of the existing buildings, creating a cohesive and durable park amenity.
