The Austin-Bergstrom International Airport playground brings aviation-themed play to the airport’s cell phone waiting lot, giving families a fun place to pause before takeoff, pickup, or arrival. The PlayWell Group provided the themed playground, poured-in-place rubber surfacing, and site furnishings, creating a playful environment inspired by airplanes and air travel. The custom playground design and colorful safety surfacing work together to create a memorable, family-friendly amenity within one of Austin’s busiest travel destinations.
